At the METAL TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER we treat the information provided by the applicants in order to:

3. How long do we save your data for?

We indicate the legal base for the treatment of your data:

• Execution of a contract and/or order.
• Manager's legitimate interest: all those purposes that are described and related to the given service: customer service, transfer to third parties for transportation and delivery, communication with the client when it comes to service and complaints.
• Applicant's consent: purposes for which we demand the user and/or client's consent: sending commercial communications about our services.

5. To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your data will be communicated to the following recipients:

• Public administration competent in the matter, with the purpose of achieving the legal obligations.
• Social Security's treasury and other public organizations.
• Organizations and companies related to the treatment manager, with the purpose of lending external services to the company, such as: consultancy, IT, auditor, insurance, occupational risk prevention, lawyers, transportation companies and other external services suppliers.
• Banks, saving banks and financial entities.

No data transfers to third counties are foreseen.

7. Which are your rights when you communicate us your data?

The applicants have the right to access their personal data, as well as requesting the rectification of the inexact data or, in your case, requesting their elimination when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances, the applicants could ask for the limitation of their data's treatment, in which case we would only store them for the exercise or claim defense.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, the applicants could oppose to the treatment of their data. In this case, the METAL TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER will cease to treat said data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of potential complaints.

The personal data being treated at the METAL TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER come from the applicant.
