Metrology Lab

The Metal Technological Center has an industrial Metrology lab, that offers industry support services from control and dimensional measure.

Our metrological lab has a large room, completely climatized and with tools to manage the pieces to measure.

We have a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, profile projector and many dimensional measuring tools. This equipment allows us to offer a quick and efficient qualitymetrology service that allows us to answer our clients' metrology needs, and that will allow them to:

• Ensure the quality of the manufacturing of their products.
• Evaluate the accordance of the industrial products with their dimensional-related technical specifications.
• Acquire data for the geometric definition of pieces through digitalization.
• Measuring of complex surfaces.
• Periodical calibration and inspection of manufacturing and assembly equipment.
• Dimensional control of large objects (dies and moulds).
• Measurement of structure deformations during the phase of mechanical, aerodynamic tests.
• Control of pipe geometry.
