With a vast experience, the METAL TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER'S FIRE EXTINGUISHERS LAB is accredited for the realization of fire extinguisher tests since the year 2000.
It is currently accredited by the ENAC to carry out tests on mobile fire extinguishers, portable fire extinguishers, pressure and breakage tests to pressure equipments, salt spray corrosion tests to all kinds of metallic materials and extinguisher powder tests, being the only accredited lab in Spain for this last product.

Our tests follow, among others, the following norms: EN 3-7, EN 3-8, EN 1866, EN ISO 9227: y EN 615.
We have unique facilities in Europe to carry out fire extinguisher efficiency tests. Said facilities can be used for the execution of fire extinguisher management courses and custom tests.
On another note, we are an AUTHORIZED BODY FOT THE TECHNICAL EVALUATION of products and systems against fires, following the Regulation of fire protection installations R.D. 513/2017.
Since the year 2000, we take part in diverse normalization and certification committees both at a national and European level.
