IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND FACTORY PRODUCTION CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS.

The Industrial Organization Department offers the service of design, implementation and audit of management systems based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 norm, environmental management systems based on OHSAS 18001:2007, R&D&I management systems according to the UNE 166002:2014. As well as the implementation of production control systems for the EC MARKING of construction products and diagnostic and material adaptation works.

The service is composed by the following phases:

  • Analysis of the current state of the organization with regard to the normative requirements.
  • Preparation of the documentation that will constitute the quality, environment and health management system's documentary base.
  • Collaboration in the launch of the quality, environment, health and work safety system.
  • Collaboration in the creation of the initial environmental report, the annual revision report by the direction, as well as goals, client satisfaction, legal prerequisites and other prerequisites and those required by the reference norms.
  • Internal audit and collaboration in the application of necessary readjustments.
  • Active presence as internal auditors in the certification audit, if it is required by the company.
  • Creation of corrective action plans.

Maintenance:

  • Documentation revision, verification of the implementation degree and verification of the efficiency of the quality, environment, health and work safety management system.
  • Internal audit of the quality, environment, health and work safety system.
  • Collaboration in the reports required by the norms.
  • Assistance to the external audit and creation of the corrective actions plan.
